By engaging or using our service, the client agrees to these terms. Our AI receptionist answers incoming calls, collects enquiry information, and relays details to the client. It is a call-handling and information-relay tool, not a substitute for the client's professional judgement or decision-making.
1.1Availability & client responsibilities
The service is supplied "as is" and may depend on third-party telephony, voice AI and automation providers. The client must independently confirm all enquiries, caller details and booking requests — a booking isn't confirmed until the client confirms it directly.
1.2AI limitations
The assistant does not give financial, legal or medical advice, collect payment details, verify identity, or make final decisions. Callers describing an emergency are directed to emergency services.
1.3Fees & termination
Fees are set out in the applicable quote and payable by the invoice date. Changes after go-live may be charged separately. Either party may end the service under the agreed notice period; accrued fees remain payable.
1.4Liability & law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the month before a claim. Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. Governed by New Zealand law.
